Shipping policy

I ship worldwide with Spanish Postal Services (trackable package, a signed for delivery service). If you wish to organize the shipment with your own courier, please let me know and I will follow your instructions.

Paintings are shipped rolled in a tube, without a frame (unless otherwise stated in the item description). If you would like the work framed, please contact me to confirm the cost of the frame and any adjustments to transportation costs.

Jewelry and Glass is shipped in its original box with protective packaging.

Ceramics and sculptures are shipped with special protective packaging.

I will always get in touch with you shortly after you place your order. If there is any delay with your delivery, I will inform you promptly and make every effort to ship your artwork as quickly as possible.

Average delivery time (once payment has cleared)

The piece will arrive, once the payment has cleared, within 7–20 working days (depending on location).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on the size of the piece. Each piece lives within a size category and is labeled as small, medium or large.

For small pieces, shipping cost is:
€15
For medium pieces, shipping cost is: €30
For large pieces, shipping cost is: €90

You can collect your piece in person from one of my workshops — in Prague or Las Palmas de Gran Canaria — free of charge, provided the piece is currently available there. If the piece is currently in the other workshop:

Small and medium pieces can still be collected free of charge.
For large pieces, shipping cost of €90 will stil apply.

If you purchase more than one piece, only the highest single shipping cost (based on the largest item) will be applied.

Return policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why I offer a no-questions-asked return policy: you may return your order within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. When returning an item, please ensure it is properly packaged and shipped with a signed-for delivery service to avoid loss or damage in transit.

The initial shipping cost is not refundable.

This condition not applicable to commissioned pieces.

I cannot accept returns for items damaged after delivery. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense. Please also note that commissioned artworks cannot be returned.

Acceptance of returns outside the 7-day timeframe is at the sole discretion of the artist.

Return process

If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your name, address, and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

Once your request has been approved, I will send you a confirmation email with the return address. Please use a signed-for delivery service, as I cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach me.

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and checked. I aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days.

What if my purchase is incorrect?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact me immediately and I will arrange a reimbursement or replacement.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please call or email me. If your order has already been processed, you will need to follow the standard return process described above.

Your satisfaction is my priority. Every purchase comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 7-day trial at home: if you’re not completely happy with your artwork, you may return it within 7 days for a refund (see the Returns Policy for details).
